One little detail: Heraclius was not...Great story. One little detail: Heraclius was not a "Holy Roman Emperor." The Holy Roman Empire was not founded until the mid-10th century. The 14th is the feast of the Holy Cross and it is the patron of our parish, Holy Cross.
