If Only It Were A Doctrine...

"Because out of reverence towards this sacrament, nothing touches it, but what is consecrated; hence the corporal and the chalice are consecrated, and likewise the priest's hands, for touching this sacrament." - ST. THOMAS AQUINAS, Summa Theologica

Thanks to The "Lutheranising" in Vatican II, or after it under Montini(Pope Paul VI), while we STILL believe it's The Body Of Christ(Corpus Christi), the way the Faith had been transmitted over these past 40+years, in texts which may promote scandal in the fullest sense of the word, we may have 70% of PRIESTS doubting the Corporeal Real Presence, as we speak. I have met 8th Grade Graduates in CATHOLIC Schools who have NO idea of what a Sacrament does.

We have a priest here locally who only handles the Hosts with thumbs and forefingers. First time I'd seen it for years and years.

Unfortunately, this parish also uses very fragile glass wine glasses instead of chalices for daily Mass, but these days, you can't have everything.
