Where Did You Get Your License?

Here's a driving test I can never pass, but I think most of the drivers on the road today got their licenses in Hazard County.

I especially notice this type of driver when I am driving the ambulance with all the emergency equipment activated. The law is to pull over to the nearest shoulder and let an emergency vehicle pass. Not slow down, pull over! What part of that don't people understand?? It does no good to merely slow down on a blind corner and make the ambulance pass in the oncoming lane. Pull over people, when you see an ambulance coming. It might be your family member we are trying to save.
