Just two quick thoughts for the day - these come from the priests at my parish: (they give the best sermons I have ever heard).
There is a demon attached to every sin.
Stop pursuing the perfect body, the perfect house, the perfect car and the perfect vacation, and start pursuing what really matters - perfection of the soul.

Good quotes! The second one touches on a subject my husband and I talk about often, how people get so lost in the world's ideals that they lose sight of what really matters.
so we all ought to be mindful of those words! pursue perfection of the soul. that is right. everything else does not matter. only God matters!
This is 100% correct. Please read the book by Fr. Gabriele Amorth for a better understanding of this concept.
