Technical Question
I like to use Firefox rather than Internet Explorer, but Firefox has locked me out of signing into my blog. Has anyone else ever had this happen? I can access my blog through IE, but the features of FF are much better, so I would like to find a solution to this problem. I've tried going into Internet Options and deleting the cache, cookies, etc, but it hasn't helped. Anyone?

M. thanks. I'll have to call in a few days. I'm working all night tonight and tomorrow night at the busiest station in Canada. We have very little down time, not enough to even grab a bite to eat.
What does the screen say? If it says cookies disabled, I usually just go back since I'm already logged in.
tell you what then, send me an email with the details and i will forward it to frank. either that, he can look here and read the post and send you an email. as a matter of fact, when he calls at noon, he can pop over to your blog and take a look at the post.
Joe, the sign in box just keep popping up every time. You know, the one you get when you are logged out and have to sign in again.
have you tried filing a bug report or checked blogger for known issues regarding firefox? contact firefox and tell them what's happening. or, see if there is an update on their website. run a virus scan just to be on the safe side. if all this doesn't work then its likely a blogger issue. its working for me on the mac version of firefox though.
I tried what blogger said regarding FF problems, but it didn't work. Still hoping to get an answer.
Hey there. What version of Firefox are you using? I think that may make a difference.
To check and/or update open your Firefox browser, click on 'Help' then click on 'About Mozilla Firefox.' You'll get a window open up and under the word 'Firefox' which is in orange, it'll display the version number. FYI, the latest version is 3.0.5.
You can go to 'Help' and 'Check for Updates...' which should get you a newer version, but that doesn't necessarily put you at version 3.0.5. If it doesn't you'll have to go to Mozillas website and download the latest.
